All dancers wishing to try out for an ATJ dance team must fill out this audition sheet so we are aware of your goals for the 2011-2012 dance year. This form is due by June 1st, 2011

To audition for a team (performance or competitive) you must attend a dance intensive. If you are unsure of which intensive to attend please email Lisa at info@allthatjazzdanceco.net. All Intensives run Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Auditions Fri 2pm.

• Mini Dance Intensive – July 4-8
• 2011 Junior Dance Intensive – July 11-15
• Teen Dance Intensive – July 18-22, 2011
• Senior Dance Intensive – July 25-29, 2011
